Beginning in 2006, Childhope Foundation Canada hopes to award an annual educational scholarship to a youth showing some exceptional ability, academic excellence, motivation and promise, who may not otherwise have the opportunity to continue their education. Youths will be identified through their work with Childhope while fulfilling some of their 40 mandatory high school hours of volunteer service in the community. The required scholarship funds will be raised through Childhope's own fundraising efforts.
